What's this about?
- We are testing people's knowledge and their ability
to write good songs by holding a theme based, fundraising, talent competition, where participants will be vying to win two days in a music studio and the chance of cutting a record
- Each finalist will be offered the opportunity of having their lyrics published
- By getting sponsored as much as possible by friends, family, local companies and anyone else you can think of, participants will be helping us to provide much needed sex education resources for young people in the UK and the Caribbean
- An additional prize will be offered for the 10 best sponsored entrants
Judges include:
DJs – Producers – Promoters – Doctors & Nurses
Our themed competition
is looking for :
- Medically accurate lyrics related to any of our themes (below)
- Inoffensive language
- Correct spelling
- Correct grammar
- Neat handwriting
Subject themes:
- Contraception
- Sexual Health
- Drugs & Sex
- Men's Health
- Internet Safety
Round 1
- Lyrics to be posted paper check and initial application judging
Round 2
- Finalists will perform in front of a live audience
